1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions are between you and ProprJob Limited ("Propr Job", "we", "us"). ProprJob Limited operates the Propr Job platform, a quoting and job-management tool for tradespeople. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Propr Job lets you create and send professional quotes, track when customers view them, capture electronic acceptance and signatures, and manage templates and customer stories. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the limits of your subscription plan.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind any business you register for.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including by:

• using it for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property rights in content you upload (including customer stories and photos);
• interfering with the security or operation of the service (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing limits);
• reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service.

You are responsible for the content of quotes you send and for having the right to use any customer names, photos, and testimonials you upload.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Billing, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. New accounts include a 14-day free trial; after the trial the subscription renews at the plan price shown at checkout until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation, and Propr Job branding. You retain ownership of the content you create and upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep Propr Job available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and the service is provided without implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, quotes you have already sent may no longer be viewable; you should export anything you need before closing your account.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. General

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
• We may update these terms; continued use after notice of a change constitutes acceptance.
• Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
• You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition.
